Who we are
GlasPod is a podcast based in Glasgow, Scotland. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean GlasPod, and "the site" means glaspod.co.uk. You can reach us at hello@glaspod.co.uk.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, watch, listen, link to and share anything here. Please don't try to break the site, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. The guest form is for genuine applications to appear on the podcast.
Our content
The episodes, the GlasPod name and logo, and the text and design of this site belong to us or to the people we've licensed them from. You can quote short passages with a link back, and share episodes using YouTube's or Instagram's own sharing tools. Please don't re-upload full episodes, republish our pages as your own, or use our branding in a way that suggests we've endorsed you.
Guests keep ownership of their own words and their own story. By coming on the show, a guest agrees that we can record, edit and publish the conversation as an episode.
Applying to be a guest
Filling in the form doesn't guarantee a place on the show. We read every application, but we can't say yes to everyone, and we can't always reply to every message. Please don't send us anything confidential or sensitive in the form — it isn't the place for it.
We may edit an episode for length, clarity and legal reasons. If the edit changes what a guest meant, we'll talk to them about it first. Recording dates, travel and any costs are agreed separately in writing before anything is recorded.
Links and embeds we don't control
We link to YouTube, Instagram and other sites, and the homepage embeds a YouTube player. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their content, their availability, or anything that happens when you use them.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it's a small operation. Episode details, guest information and dates can change, and the site is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. If you spot a mistake, email us and we'll fix it.
Liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care — but we're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we can't limit.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the show changes. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of the consumer law in your own part of the UK.
